Abstract
The construction of the monitoring system for water resources quantity and quality in Dongjiang River Basin of Guangdong province, is starting from the assignment of water resources in the basin. After deciding the control objectives and rules for water quantity and quality in every region and river section, it determines 55 objects to be monitored, including the reservoirs, river sections, cascade hydropower stations, water intakes, sewage outfalls, monitoring their water quantity, water quality, and video of working condition. And the related information resources are also reformed and stared so as to. By discussing some problems encountered, it gives the opinion of informatization construction must be accompanied by innovation on institutions.关键词
