弯曲河道对水流流态影响数值模拟
Numerical simulation of flow pattern in meandering rivers

Abstract
Meandering river is one of the typical river channel types in alluvial plain. For rivers in a spe-cific natural condition, it is necessary to predict the channel characteristics under different treatment plans and thus in turn to make a choice or adjustment among these plans. The Environmental Fluid Dynamic Code (EFDC) is a numerical simulation model which contains hydrodynamic models, sediment transport models, and toxics transport models and water quality models. This work uses the EFDC model to simulate the current characteristic of a meandering river in the suburb of Beijing under three different cases. It is shown that in the casel flow velocity on the convex bank first increases at first and then decrease, while that on the concave bank decreases first and then increases. Besides, the water level on the concave bank is apparently higher than that on the convex bank in Case 1. Comparing with those results in Case 1, the flow velocity distribution on the two banks does not vary too much in the Case 2 and the bifurcate channel has a function of flood diversion and detention. In the Case 3, the water does not swing so much as that in the Case 1 and the work amount of channel lining is relatively small. The channel protection procedures are put forward then according to the current characteristics.关键词
