离子液体修饰的SBA 16材料在猪胰脂肪酶固定化中的应用
Immobilization of porcine pancreatic lipase on ionic liquid modified mesoporous silica SBA-16

Abstract
Ionic liquid was synthesized and grafted on the surface hydroxyl of mesoporous silica SBA-16 (ILSBA 16).Porcine pancreatic lipase(PPL) was immobilization on the ionic liquid modified SBA-16 material by physical adsorption ( PPL-ILSBA-16 ) .The enzymatic properties, including optimum temperature, pH and reusability of PPL-ILSBA-16, were investigated in the triacetin hydrolysis reaction.Compared with parent SBA-16 immobilized lipase( PPL-SBA-16) ,the enzymatic properties were dramatically improved, especially the optimized activity increased from 261 to 456 U/g PPL after modification.Characterizations with N2 adsorption, FT-IR and TG revealed that introduction of IL influenced the catalytic behaviors significantly by changing structure and surface properties of the carriers.关键词
