微生物油脂中花生四烯酸含量的准确快速测定
Fast determination of arachidonic acid in microbial oils
摘要
Abstract
Gas chromatography was performed for the determination of arachidonic acid ( ARA) produced by micro-organisms.Capillary column DB-23 was used with FID and suitable carrier gas for the detection.The result indicated that the method could separate fatty acids well in 20 min on good precision and recovery.The recovery rate of ARA was 90.146% to 100.634%,and the relative standard deviation was 4.175%.Thus,the method was effective for the detection of ARA produced by micro-organisms.关键词
