溃疡性结肠炎的中药保留灌肠技术规范化研究进展
Research progress on TCM retention enema technical standardization for ulcerative colitis
摘要
Abstract
TCM retention enema is a TCM nursing technique commonly used in clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis.Because of poor equipment and methods behind,traditional TCM retention enema may cause anal or rectal mucosa,abdominal pain,diarrhea and short retention time of ene-ma fluid and other issues,and then to affect the efficacy and patients’ comfort.From eight aspects of enema equipment,speed,temperature, etc,the author comprehensively analyzed the standardization process of TCM retention enema technology,and found that there was greater con-troversy in enema speed,temperature,retention time and intubation depth.At present,there was a lack of evidence based unified standard, and there was prevalent problem with not rigorous trial design,and still need to start to study from a large sample multi center clinical trials,so as to guide clinical practice normally and promote the popularization of the technology and Chinese medicine nursing science development.关键词
