临床护士预防住院病人跌倒知识、态度、行为的调查分析与对策
Investigation on knowledge,attitudes and behaviors of clinical nurses in prevention of inpatients'fal ls and its countermeasures

Abstract
Obj ective:To know about the status quo of attitudes,knowl-edge and behaviors of clinical nurses on prevention of inpatient falls,so as to provide references for managers to develop training programs for pre-vention of patients’fall.Methods:An anonymous survey was conducted in 423 nurses working in a three grade A hospital by using self designed questionnaire.Results:The average mastering degree of clinical nurses on the knowledge of patients’fall prevention was 72.4%.74.3% of clinical nurses had positive attitude in fall prevention.74.1% of them had good executive capacity.Knowledge and behavior (r=0.526,P<0.05 ), knowledge and attitude(r=0.185,P<0.05),attitude and behavior (r=0.132,P<0.05)showed positive correlation.Nursing seniority,positions and departments were the main factors affecting the fall prevention knowledge,attitude and behavior score level(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spe-cific training should be carried out aiming at the problems existing in at-titudes,knowledge and behaviors of clinical nurses on prevention of inpa-tient falls.关键词
