一次性水封瓶在肛管引流中的应用观察
Observation on appl ication of disposable water seal bottle in anal canal drainage

Abstract
Obj ective:To probe into the application effect of disposable wa-ter seal bottle instead of disposable drainage bag and the disposable nega-tive drainage bag in ICU patients with anal drainage.Methods:A total of 67 patients were randomly divided into three groups,22 cases in test group,22 cases in control group 1,and 23 cases in control group 2.Patients in test group used anal seal drainage tube to connect with the disposable water seal bottles.Patients in control group 1 used the anal canal drainage tube to connect with the disposable drainage bag.Patients in control group 2 used the anal canal drainage tube to connect with the disposable negative drainage bag.Then the efficiency of drainage of all cases were observed. Results:The drainage effect in test group is superior to those in the other two groups in aspects of the accurate measurement,hospital infection con-trol,drainage patency and reducing nursing workload.Conclusion:The dis-posable water seal bottle instead of disposable drainage bag and the dispos-able negative drainage bag in anal canal drainage can measure more accu-rately,reduce the chance of contamination and nursing workload and keep drainage unobstructed.关键词
