Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the correlations among mental health , self care ability and quality of life for spinal cord injury patients in reha-bilitation period .Methods :A total of 117 spinal cord injury patients were surveyed by using general situation questionnaire ,self evaluation of anxiety scale (SAS ) ,depression self rating scale (SDS ) ,Barthel index rating scale ,and the world health organization quality of life profiles (WHOQOL BREF) .And the correlations among the variables of pa-tients with spinal cord injury were analyzed .Results :Anxiety ,depression scores were negatively correlated with the total score of quality of life and each dimension score .The Barthel index score was positively correla-ted with quality of life scores and each dimension scores .Anxiety ,depres-sion and dysfunction of patients have an impact on their quality of life (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :Psychological health and self care ability are correla-ted with quality of life significantly .And patients’ anxiety ,depression , and the vary degreess of function obstacle have impacts on their quality of life .关键词
