摘要
Abstract
Objective :To probe into the influencing factors of emotional sta-tus in primary caregivers of cancer patients during chemotherapy .Meth-ods :A total of 200 cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and their pri-mary caregivers were surveyed by a self designed general information questionnaire ,self rating depression scale (SDS) and profile of mood states short form (POMS SF) .Results :The negative emotions in primary care-givers of cancer patients during chemotherapy included :intense anxiety , depression frustration ,anger hostility ,fatigue slow and confused cha-otic .And their scores and the total score were higher than that of normal people .Positive emotion energy enthusiasm score was significantly lower than that of the normal population (P<0 .01) .The payment way ,the pa-tients’ informed status ,tumor stage ,length of hospital stay ,and side reac-tion of chemotherapy and the degree of depression of patients had correla-tions with caregiver’s emotional state (P<0 .05 or P<0 .01) .Conclusion :There were serious emotional problems in primary caregivers of cancer pa-tients during chemotherapy .One should pay more attention to .关键词
