临床路径教学法在住院医师规范化培训实践中的应用

Abstract
Clinical pathway is the treatment specially planned for some kind of disease surveillance ,treatment ,rehabilitation and care developed in a strict order and timetable .It is intended to shorten the delay and reduce the waste of medical resources ,so that patients can get more efficient medical services .Clinical pathway has a strict plan and it has a standardized and unified procedure in accordance with the training requirements for resident physicians .The results of this study show that the introduction of the concept of clinical path-ways into standardized training of resident physicians can not only cultivate them with a correct way of thinking in clinical situations and stronger abilities in clinical practice ,but also can regulate the teachers ’ teaching behavior in order to achieve scientific and systematic teaching.Only in this way can we meet the requirements of standardized training .关键词
