透明质酸联合羟乙基淀粉预防术后腹腔粘连的作用机制初探
Hyaluronic acid and hydroxyethyl starch on prevention of postoperative peritoneal adhesion mechanism research

Abstract
Objective:In Hyaluronic acid (HA) and Hydroxyethyl starch (HES) mixed effect ,studying rat peritoneal adhesion organization transformation growth factor β1 (TGF-β1 ) and Tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) expression .Methods :Establish rats postoperative bowel adhesion model ,20 only SD rats random into four groups :pseudo adhesion group ,physiological saline control group , HA-CMC control group and HA-HES experimental group .With HE dyeing methods observed peritoneal adhesion degree and immunohistochemical method inspect the organization expression of TGF-β1 and TNF-α.Results :The classification and adhesion of HA-HES experimental group significantly reduce than physiological saline control group and HA-CMC control group ,significant difference (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :HA-HES anti-adhesion agent can significantly reduce postoperative peritoneal adhesion de-gree ,inhibit postoperative peritoneal injury site expression of TGF-β1 and TNF-α.关键词
