腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术和开腹肌瘤剔除术的对比研究
The clinical comparative analysis of laparoscopy myomectomy and abdominal myomectomy

Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of laparoscopy myomectomy and abdominal myomec-tomy .Methods :Select 64 patients to operate with laparoscopy myomectomy and divide them randomly into laparoto-my group (34 cases) and laparoscopic group (30 cases) .Compare operating time ,blood loss ,and perioperative sta-tus ,for example ,postoperative diameter of removed myoma ,exsufflation time after surgery ,and hospitalization time .Results :The operating time of laparotomy group was shorter than that in laparoscopic group (P<0 .05);the blood loss of laparoscopic group was less than that in laparotomy group (P<0 .05) ,and the postoperative diameter of removed myoma and exsufflation time of laparoscopic group were also less than that in laparotomy group (P<0 . 05) .Conclusion:The clinical effects of laparoscopy myomectomy is superior to the traditional abdominal myomecto-my ,and it will be the more promising technique in myomectomy ,with minimal invasion .关键词
