下颌骨髁突囊内骨折的手术治疗
Discussion of surgical treatment of the intracapsular condylar fractures

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical advantage of the mandibular condyle intracapsular fracture surgery by analyzing the incidence of postoperative complications .Methods :46 patients with 53 intracapsular condyle fractures were treated by open surgery .Postoperative complications such as facial nerves injury ,occlusion ,mandible movement and temporomandibular joint disease were recorded .Results :After a minimum follow-up of 6 months ,95 . 65% patients get good occlusions ,97 .22% patients has good bony union .All of the postoperative complications were controlled at low level ,the incidence of facial nerve injury was 7 .55% and all the patients recovered after a maximum 4 month neurotrophic therapy ,only one patient’s internal fixation screws fall off ,3 .77% patients has symptom of temporomandibular joint pain .Conclusions :No sever complication happened after open surgery of intracapsular con-dyle fractures ,careful operation can reduce the incidence of complications .关键词
