硫辛酸联合血栓通治疗糖尿病周围神经病变37例
The effects of observation of Lipoic acid combined with Xueshuantong in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Abstract
Objective :To investigate the effects for lipoic acid Combined with Xueshuantong in the treat-ment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy .Methods :Seventy-two patients for diabetic in Center Hospital of Xi′an were randomly divided into 2 groups:Treatment group(n=37) injected Lipoic acid Combined Xueshuantong everyday and Control group(n= 35) only given Lipoic acid everyday .Then observe the changes of neurological symptoms and nerve conduction velocity on EMG in two groups .Results :The effective power of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in treatment group was higher remarkably than that in control group ,efficiency was statistically significant ( P< 0 . 05) .After treatment ,the median nerve and peroneal nerve conduction velocity were improved markedly (P<0 .05) , and nerve conduction velocity was significantly higher than that in the control group statistically significant (P<0 . 05) .Conclusion:Lipoic acid combined with Xueshuantong can effectively treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy .关键词
