俯卧屈膝位预防后路腰椎间盘手术中神经牵拉伤临床研究
Prevention of nerve traction injury in intervertebral disc surgery through posterior approach by improved surgical prone and knee flexion positioning
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical result of improved surgical positioning in surgical prone and knee flexion in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation .Method:146 patients with lumbar interverte-bral disc herniation were treated by disc resection and vertebral interbody fusion by improved surgical prone and knee flexion positioning ,compared with 217 controls by traditional operative positioning .Clinical results of nerve root in-jury were recorded and analyzed .Results :6 patients in improved positioning group had suffered nerve injury (4 . 1% ) ,while 53 in controls (12 .44% ) .Conclusion:The improved operative positioning could decrease the incidence of the nerve injury significantly compared with conventional position ,which is worthy of wide application .关键词
