摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of adult sacrococcygeal teratoma .Meth-ods :The clinical data of 12 patients (from 2007 September to 2012 September) with sacrococeygeal teratoma con-firmed by pathological examination were analyzed retrospectively .Results :Adult sacrococcygeal teratoma complicat-ed by infection was often misdiagnosed as perianal or presacral infection .Sacrococcygeal teratoma chiefly occurs in infants and children .It is difficult to make a diagnosis in the early stage of sacrococcygeal teratoma and it is easy to be missed diagnosed ,because of the occurrence of a lower rate of adult ,he patients with sacrococcygeal teratoma had a long course .While sacrococcygeal teratoma complicated with infection is easy to be mistaken in diagnosis .Because patients with sacrococcygeal teratoma did not receive timely treatment ,it can happen evil change gradually .Conclu-sion:It does not attract patients the importance of sacrococcygeal teratoma and Preoperative diagnosis is difficult .it is susceptible to missed diagnosed and mistake diagnose ,therefore ,whatever benign lesions or Malignant neoplasms has been definitively diagnosed ,it Will need to treat by operation .关键词
