Abstract
The new media in the "Micro-era" has been making an ever-increasing influence on our ideology and challenging the news propaganda of universities with its casualness, convenience and hybridity. Under the circumstances, universities should take full advantage of the new media and micro-media and keep up with the times. With ideas and characteristics of new media, they should, on the one hand, integrate the traditional and new media resources together, and establish a unified system of propaganda work and on the other hand, put more emphasis on the micro-media literacy and build an actual propaganda team. Through all these strategies, universities will enhance their responsiveness with improved emergency mechanism so as to create a favorable opinion space for higher education reform and development.关键词
