Abstract
Dongying City put forward the plan to reach the well-off indexes defined by Shandong Province in 2016 and realize 90. 66 per cent the well-off society by 2012. Of the above indexes, those of economic aggregate, social harmony and quality of life develop rapidly, but some problems concerned with the economic structure, culture and education, environment quality stand out. For these reasons, it is necessary to to speed up the development of the tertiary industry, attach great importance to the development of cultural education, protect and improve the ecological environment, establish and perfect the work mechanism so as to ensure that Dongying City realize the well-off society in an all-round way.关键词
