2012年,东营市高中阶段毕业生性别差异系数为1.08：1,比2010年、2011年分别下降了4.3和4.5个百分点,反映了高中阶段毕业生性别比失衡状况加剧。这个指标仅靠东营市自身努力很难改善,需要国家对计划生育政策作出适当调整。
Dongying City put forward the plan to reach the well-off indexes defined by Shandong Province in 2016 and realize 90. 66 per cent the well-off society by 2012.
