Abstract
The nature of college graduates’employment agreement is quite controversial and the dispute disintegration lies in clarifying the subject and content of the employment agreement. As the administrator of graduates’ employment agreement, colleges should be excluded from the subject status, by classifying the content of current employment agreement, arriving at a conclusion that employment agreement constitutes labor contract or precontract. However, by interviewing the employment agreement dissolution, labor contract has more theoretical value and practical significance. Therefore, it’s necessary to reform the current employment agreement, ensuring the content and specification applicability are in accord with the standards of labor contract.关键词
