慢性丙型肝炎患者病毒基因型与IL-28B基因型分布

Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution of the genotypes of hepatitis C virus (HCV)and host interleukin 28B polymorphism in patients with chronic hepatitis C. Methods A total of 27 patients were recruit-ed in this study and their blood samples were analyzed for HCV genotypes,viral loads,IL-28B genotypes and liv-er function index. Results There were eight out of twenty-seven (29.6%)patients infected with HCV genotype 1 or 1b, and other 19 (70.4%)with genotypes 2,3 or 6;The IL-28B CC rs12979860,AA rs12980275 and TT rs8099917 were present in 88.9%(24/27)of the patients and IL-28B CT rs12979860,GA rs12980275 or GT rs8099917 genotypes in 11.1%(3/27)of the patients;In patients infected with HCV genotype 1 or 1b,the IL-28B genotype rs12979860 CC,rs12980275 AA and rs8099917 TT accounted for 62.5%(5/8),while in other patients, the IL-28B genotypes rs12979860 CC,rs12980275 AA,and rs8099917 TT accounted for 100%(19/19);The IL-28B genotypes rs12979860,rs12990275 and rs8099917 in patients infected with HCV genotype 1 or 1b differed significantly from patients with other HCV genotypes (P<0.01);However,no significant correlation was found be-tween the polymorphism of IL-28B genotypes and viral load or liver function index. Conclusion A majority of patients with chronic hepatitis C are infected with HCV genotype 2,3 or 6 and most of the patients carry IL-28B genotype rs12979860 CC,rs12980275 AA and rs8099917 TT.关键词
