摘要
Abstract
Transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) is a kind of cytokine with broad biological functions. It induces ab-normality in cell number and function of immune cells and results in chronic infection of hepatitis B virus (HBV);At the same time,TGF-β1 inhibits HBV replication through different ways;TGF-β1 also promotes liver fibrosis,affects hepatocellular carcino-ma in a dual manner,and plays a significant role in the development of liver failure.关键词
