控制棒电磁阀阀头温度场特性数值研究
Numerical study of solenoid value head temperature field of control rod
摘要
Abstract
A hydraulic drive control rod is a new control technology of nuclear reactor. The direct action solenoid valve is a key component of this technology. The performance of the direct action solenoid valve directly affects the stable operation of control rod hydraulic drive system. The temperature field of the head of the direct action solenoid valve with various currents was studied using the ANSYS software. The result shows that the temperature of the head of the solenoid valve increases as the current increasing. The temperature of the middle head is higher than that of the edge of the head and the highest temperature of the middle head is under the limiting temperature. The tempera-ture of the inner wall of the head is higher than that of the exterior wall. The results calculated by ANSYS were veri-fied with the experimental testing.关键词
