摘要
Abstract
This paper presents a LC voltage control ed oscil ator which is used in 2.4GHz phase-locked loop. The circuit use smic0.13rf CMOS process, the center frequency is 2.4GHz, the frequency tuning range is 300MHz. The quiescent current is 5mA, while working at 1.8v voltage. The phase noise at 1MHz away from the center frequency is measured-111dBc/Hz.关键词
