Abstract
This paper retrospects the three history phases about resources construction of National Engineering and Technology Library (NETL), and describes the resources construction strategy of NETL, and introduces the achievements on resources quantity, quality and meeting needs of users of NETL. Final y, Resource development strategy for the next step is prospected.关键词
