面向科研机构的知识服务支撑体系建设研究

摘要
Abstract
Modern research environment is moving towards digital, network, virtualization directions, and the information needs of researchers also show deepened knowledge-based, comprehensive and forward-looking characteristics. Libraries value and contribution to the research and innovation are becoming a crisis. How to deal with the pressures of these changes, to support innovative research requirement and to reach the goal of transition of services becomes the chal enges that libraries must face. Taking the Library of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, this paper discusses the construction of knowledge service support system, including the mechanisms, personnel, infrastructure and technology platform of libraries in the new situation, and strengthening these elements, building methods and trends of the system.关键词
