中国省级公共图书馆信息系统管理的关键问题
Key Issues of Information System Management of Provincial Public Libraries in China
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of the preliminary studies on key issues of information system management, the paper launches an investigation of 31 provincial-level public libraries on the key issues of information systems management in China. In this survey, the article explores the top ten key issues and discusses why they are urgent to be solved in 3 to 5 years. The regional difference, primary responsibilities of information managers and suggestions for provincial public libraries are also presented.关键词
