仔银狐小肠绒毛发育研究
Studies on Development of Intestinal Villus in Young Silver fox at Different Ages
摘要
Abstract
The experiment was conducted to study the villus development of duodenum ,jejunum and ileum of silver foxes .Four silver foxes (2 male ,2 female) were chosen at 1 ,7 ,14 ,21 ,28 ,35 or 42 day-old ,respectively ,and the height ,width and density of their intestinal villi were measured .The results showed that during the 1 to 21 day-old ,the height of intestinal villi increased linearly ,but there were no differences in the width of the villi among different ages .After 28 days of age ,the height and width of intestinal villi increased significantly and reached the highest value at 42 day-old .The density of duodenal villi decreased as the age increased ,however ,those of jejunal and ileal villi increased during 1 to 14 days of age and decreased later .关键词
