五味子配子体发生的形态学研究
Studies on the Morphology of Gametophytes'Development of Schisandra Chinensis (Turcz .) Baill
摘要
Abstract
The development of gametophytes of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz .) Baill were observed using paraffin section technique ,the results showed:There was a long course of male gamete generation of about 90 days(except 180 days'dormant period ) from primary sporogenous cell born in mid and late August to formation of mature pollen grain in the last -ten-day of May next year .It required about 30 days from the gen-eration of microspore mother cell to the formation of mature pollen grain .For the female gamete generation ,it was about 90 days from the differ-entiation of ovular primordiun in mid and late August to the accomplishment of embryonic sac's differentiation in late May of next year (except 180 days'dormant period ) .15 days were needed from the formation of macrospore mother cell to the accomplishment of embryonic sac's differ-entiation .关键词
