水貂生长激素受体cDNA克隆与序列分析
cDNA Cloning and Sequence Analysis of Growth Hormone Receptor from Mink
摘要
Abstract
The gene encoding Mink growth hormone receptor (GHR) was amplified by RT -PCR from the liver total RNA .The PCR product was sequenced and analyzed subsequently .The results indicated that length of mGHR cDNA fragment was 826bp in length ,the molecular phyloge-netic tree was constructed by the NJ method based on GHR gene sequences .关键词
