摘要

Abstract

The volatile oil was extracted using hydrodistillation and separated by GC -MS .The relative amount of each constituent was calculat-ed by peak area normalization method .Fourteen compounds were identified ,which accounted for 99.997% of the volatile oil .It is first time to extract volatile oil from Ampelopsis japonica(Thunb) Makino and identify the compounds ,which includes Ar-tumerone ,2-methyl-6-(4-methylphenyl)-2 -heptenol -1 -ol and Anthracene .The experiment basis were provided for the further research of Ampelopsis japonica (Thunb) Makino .
