Abstract
From west to east, the Changsha-Liuyang Intercity Railway runs through the Huanghua International Airport which is the hub airport of Hunan province, and connects the Huanghua International Airport to the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration and intercity railway network closely. As an important part of the project, mainly serving the intercity passenger flow as well as giving consideration to the urban passenger flow, the Huanghua Airport to Liuyang section is an intercity railway line and simultaneously functions as a rapid rail transit for the Huanghua International Airport. In this paper, by using route selection method of railway network planning, through comparison and research on the local schemes, and after evaluation on alternative schemes, the optimal route scheme was obtained eventually. With this optimal scheme, a rapid, convenient, comfortable and reliable rail transportation mode will be added to the Huanghua International Airport, and will go straight to Changsha downtown and other districts in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration. Therefore, the following goals can be achieved:reasonably arranging the railway network, promoting local economy development, accelerating the fusion and congregation between“one core” and“two circles” of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration.关键词
