管式膜过滤过程中的流体力学研究
Study on hydromechanics in process of tubular membrane filtration
摘要
Abstract
The relation among inlet flux, outlet pressure, pressure drop and permeate flux in the process of tubular membrane filtration is studied by experiment. The results show that permeate energy consumption is lower when outlet pressure is 0.1-0.15 MPa, and permeate energy consumption increasing trend becomes slowly when inlet flux is up to 1 000-1 200 L/h. By calculation and derivation, the formula of pressure and length and the formula of permeate flux and pressure are obtained.关键词
