基于RTO的失调馈送缝隙天线的研究
Study on offset-fed slot antenna applied to resonant tunneling diode
摘要
Abstract
The offset-fed slot antenna applied to resonant tunneling diode is proposed. First , the offset-fed slot antenna is analyzed theoretically. Then, modeling and simulation is carried out by HFSS and simulated experimental data is fitted by MATLAB. The relation between oscillation frequency and input impedance which vary with the antenna length and the offset was obtained. The experimental results consistent with the theoretical analysis. The research about impedance characteristics provides theoretical guidance for impedance matching between the oscillator and slot antenna, and the maximum power output of terahertz oscillator is obtained.关键词
