香蒲纤维脱胶工艺研究
Research of degumming process of cattail fiber
摘要
Abstract
Biological and chemical degumming method is applied to cattail leaves in order to get the degummed fibers through orthogonal experiment. The fiber length, fineness and strength of the degummed cattail fiber are tested respectively. The optimum degumming process is determined by analyzing the testing results of fibers′properties. It is found that the optimum conditions is the concentration of alkaline pectic enzyme is 30 g/L , the temperature of water bath is 60℃and the heating time is 75 minutes, which result in obtainning cattail fiber with 165 nm, 10.9 tex and 52 cN/tex.关键词
