Research of electronic take-up system in rapier loom
摘要
Abstract
The take-up process of JWG1728 high-speed rapier loom is analyzed and some problems are pointed out that loom take-up roll drive will make friction disc have huger relative friction motion when the volume becomes bigger and the stability of tension is inadequate. Aiming at this problem , the servo motor is adopted to drive take-up roll directly. This proposal measures the real-time radius of take-up roll which is utilized to calculate the motor speed that is enough to drive take-up roll and is regulated by servo motor via controller , in order to keep a constant speed and tension during the winding operation. Considering the process that is simulated in MATLAB/Simulink, when weft density is set, with the take-up radius increasing, the speed of motor drive gradually decreases so as to ensure constant take-up linear velocity. The simulation results show that this control scheme can achieve the expected effect in take-up process and provides instruction to actual production.关键词
