摘要

Abstract

As there were no valid technology methods for the efficiency-reinforcement of Y sealing ring,a process design model of this kind driven by technology evolution was proposed. Through technology evolution process analysis of Y sealing ring in many aspects such as material features,section shape,sealing interface design,lubrication conditions,machining accuracy,and reliability,the evolution lines of Y sealing ring were summarized. According to the locations of Y sealing ring in the corresponding evolution lines,possible efficiency-reinforcement design solutions for Y sealing ring were presented. This study can offer some methodological guidance for the operation and regulation of efficiency-reinforcement design of Y sealing ring.
