Abstract
The research progresses in the catalysts for low-temperature methanol in liquid phase synthesis were reviewed. The catalyst systems could be divided into two types according to their applicability to the feed gas, one for CO/H 2 and the other for CO/CO2/H2, and the reaction mechanism, activity, deactivation and regeneration of both types of catalyst systems were discussed. For a H2/CO catalyst system and a feed gas with a H2/CO molar ratio of 2, at 100℃-150℃ and 2MPa-6MPa, the maximum one-pass CO conversion could reach 90%, which was 47% for a CO/CO2/H2 catalyst system and a feed gas with the same H2/CO molar ratio at 150℃-170℃and 5MPa.关键词
