Abstract
The wide temperature hydroconversion catalyst NS-3 was prepared by co-precipitation method using Co, Mo and Ni as active components, La as promoter and r-Al2O3 as support. Effects of reaction conditions on the performances were investigated experimentally by comparing with a commercial catalyst JT-201-1, and a 1,000 hours endurance test was carried out. The fresh and used catalysts were characterized by XRD and BET. The results showed that for the coke oven gas feedstock containing ethanethiol, ethylene and thiophene volume fractions of about 200í10-6, 2.6% and 50í10-6, respectively, the conversions of ethanethiol, thiophene and ethylene could reach 100%, above 99% and above 98%, respectively, under the reaction conditions: 350℃-500℃, 1.0MPa-2.0MPa and GHSV of 2000h-1-6000h-1, which were much better than that of the comparative catalyst. The catalyst exhibited good stability of activity and structure.关键词
