Abstract
SAPO-34 molecular sieves were used as the catalyst of the methanol to olefins (MTO) process, however, the conventional SAPO-34 catalysts were easy to loss activity and had a short single cycle life. It was found that reducing the crystalline size of SAPO-34 could improve the specific surface area, weaken the diffusion limit, increase the active sites, enhance the anti-carbon deposition ability, accelerate removing the heat of reaction and prolong the single cycle life. The characteristics and research advances of the small crystal SAPO-34 molecular sieves were presented, and some suggestions were given for developing these catalysts.关键词
