Abstract
A working roll fibre-optic laser disorder texturing test of WISCO SENGI Rolling Mill was conducted for the roller laser texturing /reinforcing set of JGK6180X60-10 .The observation was made di-rectly on the surface form and appearance in the texturing area of the working roll .Then ,the surface roughness of the texturing area was measured and the relevant analysis was made .The result shows that the surface disorder texturing process can be obtained on the working rolls of SENGI Rolling Mill .In the case of the very test ,w hen the axial spot space length of the laser facular is smaller than 0 .03mm ,the dis-order state begins to appear in terms of the texturing effect .关键词
