摘要

Abstract

Welding is an effective joining technology widely used in the field of engineering and manu-facturing ,but the residual stress and distortion formation caused by the local heating in welding process is undesirable .Welding numerical simulation can accurately predict the distribution of residual stress and dis-tortion in welding components ,which could be used to direct the optimization of welding parameters and selection of welding sequences ,and provide a reliable method for the reducing of test costs and product manufacturing cycles .In this paper ,the welding simulation heat source model and material model of MSC . MARC were introduced ,and their applications in the simulation of welding residual stress and distortion was also discussed .
