Abstract
Based on the background of IOT technology talent training, a personnel training mode of"swan into the fade out"and"ordering"for IOT application technology professional are put forward. A curriculum system ift for the features of IOT technology and industry demand is built up. This talents training mode and curriculum system design can adapt to the development the need of IOT emerging industries and talents training.关键词
