Abstract
The chirped mirror (CM) pair is designed to provide group delay dispersion (GDD) of around−60 fs2 with bandwidth 500 nm at a central wavelength of 800 nm. The GDD oscillation decreases from ±100 fs2 to ±20 fs2. CM pair is fabricated using ion beam sputtering. The GDD is determined by using a white light interferometer. The measurement results show that the manufactured CM can meet our requirements. By balancing the extra-cavity dispersion with the fabricated chirped mirrors, the pulse 24-27 fs is compressed to 12 fs.关键词
