Abstract
Funding for poor students in colleges and universities, is one of the important measures to the national security edu-cation fair, which is an important part of the creation of a harmonious campus. After decades of exploration, the impoverished fresh funding system has made great achievements, but it needs to be improved. The screening of impoverished undergraduates is the em-phasis, difficulties and the premise for the work. Counselors of each class needs to carry out comprehensive, objective, fair and transparent project for the poor student's financing work, which plays an irreplaceable role in their learning, development and the health in schooling and their later development.关键词
