Abstract
The output power of a single microwave solid-state device can't meet the high-power output requirement of system at present.So the power combining technique is often used integrate multiple solid-state power devices in a power combiner amplifier to obtain high-power output.This paper introduces a power combine-divide network for power combining based on waveguide and proposes a 4-way waveguide-based spatial power combination/divide scheme,combining with waveguide power divider/combiners and waveguide-microstrip probe transition.The HFSS modelling and simulation are implemented for this scheme.The simulation results show that this scheme can realize the return loss of not more than -20 dB and the transmission loss of not more than 0.5 dB within the frequency range of 13.75~15.35 GHz.关键词
