毫米波带通滤波器的一种改进设计方法
An Improved Design Method of Millimeter Wave Bandpass Filter
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at center frequency offset in millimeter wave parallel coupled microstrip band-pass filter design, this paper proposes a design method by combining empirical design formulas and software optimization.First,it theoretically analyzes the impact of parallel coupled microstrip line edge field effect on microstrip band-pass filter center frequency offset,and modifies the length of the microstrip line calculated by the empirical formula.This paper designs a millimeter wave parallel coupled microstrip band-pass filter with center operating frequency of 37 GHz, the bandwidth of 2 GHz, inband attenuation of less than 2 dB, minimum attenuation 35 dB ( outband attenuation decline faster) at outband 30 GHz and 42 GHz. The simulation and measurement results show that the improved method can improve the center frequency offset,and make the optimized design to achieve the design requirements as soon as possible.关键词
