摘要

Abstract

The design of Nand Flash controller which is based on AMBA APB bus protocol is introduced . The feature of Nand Flash is presented simply followed by the detailed introduction of system architecture and the exact function including internal data path of the controller . The design with ModelSim is simulated and verified with FPGA board . The test result shows that the design can satisfy the timing requirement of Nand Flash .
