摘要
Abstract
The paper proposes a block truncation coding of true color ( BTCTC ) technology for color image of RGB space . Based on the characteristic of space redundancy between the images , the main idea of BTCTC is to divide the image into 4 × 4 pix-el block , and uses two pixels in the block to indicate the image block in order to compress the image . Experimental results show that the method has ideal compression effect .关键词
