Design of PID control system based on Matlab GUI for DC motor
摘要
Abstract
Based on Matlab GUI ( graphical user interface ) , a PID control system of DC motor with MCU as the core is de-signed . Using Matlab GUI as the upper computer to process the collected information , the system realizes the motor speed ’ s wave-form display , storage , PID control and other functions . Because of the PWM signal of the system is produced by special PWM chip , the complexity of the MCU program has been reduced , and the reliability and control accuracy of the system has been im-proved . The experimental results show that the system runs steadily , has fine interface of human-computer interaction , and operates simply . It can make users improve their intuitive understanding of PID algorithm and the performance of motor in selecting the PID parameters , has a certain practical significance in the field of automatic control , motor and so on .关键词
