摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the existence of China ’ s current rural water rate collecting irrationality , and to take the big flo- od irriga-tion in irrigation waste water problem . This paper introduces the technique for building a irrigation monitoring system for farmland , the structure , monitoring center features and implementation methods are described . Using Java technique , a remote monitoring center sys-tem software is developed . The design using oriented object technique using Java can be transported to different operation systems , having high performance of the expansibility . The practice shows that the system is easy to use and able to meet the requirements of the performance indicators , this reveals the applicable prospects of Java technique in irrigation monitoring system .
